RETURN POLICY

To help ensure your satisfaction, we offer a very flexible return policy. 

Unless otherwise noted, all Cuchini products are refundable if returned in the sealed original Cuchini packaging in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a sales receipt.  Please note that the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Please email us at info@cuchini.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA#) to include on your original sales receipt along with your return.  Returns will not be processed without a RA#.
